Carmaat may facilitate or support payment processes but does not guarantee transaction completion. Users are responsible for ensuring payment arrangements are secure and agreed upon.

Users must not: • Post false or misleading listings. • Engage in fraud or scams. • Harass or abuse other users. • Attempt to bypass platform protections. • Upload harmful or illegal content. • Use the platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may lead to account suspension or removal.

Carmaat is built around trust and community cooperation. Users are expected to: • Communicate respectfully. • Conduct fair transactions. • Report suspicious activity.

All Carmaat platform content, branding, and software belong to Carmaat or its licensors. Users may not copy or distribute platform materials without permission.

Carmaat is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for: • Losses arising from user transactions. • Misrepresentation by users. • Payment disputes between users. • Platform interruptions or downtime. Users engage in transactions at their own discretion.
